On April 19th, 1999 (a day before my actual birthday) a special performance of my Chamber Pop music was held at the Aaaah! Capella Theatre in North Hollywood, CA, featuring my band (Joe Lizama, Chuck Crowe and old lead guitarist Dave Hill) and a 15-piece string section. It was a great time to share stories, music and a birthday cake featuring my JOELizard cartoon. Here are some photos from the performance and party (all photos by Heather Harris).
